Lisa K. Harris Ph D, President
As founder and President of Harris Environmental Group, Inc., Dr. Harris has built a successful natural and cultural resources consulting company. She specializes in ensuring client compliance with applicable federal, state, and local natural resources regulations. Dr. Harris's experience supervising large-scale projects allows her to work in partnership with clients to complete required studies and compliance reports so that clients achieve planning objectives and goals. Dr. Harris received her BA (Economics) and MBA (Marketing) from the University of Chicago and her Ph D (Wildlife Biology) from the University of Arizona. She has served as a Trustee for the Arizona - Sonora Desert Museum and a Board member of the Tucson Audubon Society. Dr. Harris has published widely in the scientific literature.Dr. Harris supervises 12 permanent employees, including a professional natural and cultural resources staff. Dr. Harris is an Adjunct Research Scientist at the University of Arizona, School of Natural Resources.

Keith Knoblock, General Manager
Mr. Knoblock has serves as the firm's general manager and has extensive experience administering environmental studies and directing a multidisciplinary team of researchers. Mr. Knoblock routinely supervises archaeologists, biologists, historians, and historic architects who collaborate on Harris Environmental projects and is responsible for quality assurance. He has experience administering and managing projects under the guidelines of National Environmental Policy Act, National Historic Preservation Act, as well as the Arizona and New Mexico State Historic Preservation Offices. He is an accomplished researcher, technical author, and editor and has managed environmental compliance projects in Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, New York, Vermont, and Nevada for agencies such as Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Arizona State Land Department (ASLD), National Guard Bureau, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Arizona Game and Fish Department, United States Forest Service (USFS), and a number of municipalities. Mr. Knoblock received his BA (Anthropology) from the University of Arizona. He has served as an officer of the Board of Directors for the Arizona Archeological and Historical Society. Mr. Knoblock has published more than 150 professional archeological reports; authored peer reviewed articles, and made public presentations of archeological information.
Shannon Twilling, GIS/CAD Specialist
Ms. Twilling is an experienced Geographic Information System (GIS) and Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) specialist who directs the GIS/CAD department for Harris Environmental Group. She is experienced in data management, map production, geosystem analysis, in-field data collection, and quality assurance. She has created creates Geographic IInformation Systems / Computer Aided Drafting deliverables for a range of project types and is familiar with agency requirements that guide mapping deliverables. She also regularly creates customized maps to fit individual project needs. In addition to her Geographic Information Systems / Computer Aided Drafting skills, Ms. Twilling also is a skilled archaeologist with extensive experience throughout Southern Arizona. Her professional focus has been the application of GIS technology in archaeology. Ms. Twilling received her BP (Interdisciplinary Studies) from Miami University and a MA (Anthropology) from the University of Arizona. She has served as Vice President and Education Chair of the International Right of Way Association (Tucson Chapter).
Fred Narcaroti, Business Development Manager
Mr. Narcaroti specializes in building relationships with clients and municipalities throughout the state of Arizona. He is an experienced team builder who acts as the face of Harris Environmental promoting our services to secure new and returning clients. Mr. Narcaroti is active in civic duty groups including Rotary International, the Arizona Arthritis Center, the Humane Society of Southern Arizona, Tucson Utility Contractors Association, and Southern Arizona Architects & Engineers Marketing Association. This wide ranging professional and personal network is one of the keys to our track record of satisfied customers. Mr. Narcaroti received his BS, (Environmental Science) from the University of Arizona and MBA from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Narcaroti is a 2007 recipient of the 40 under 40 award, an annual honor that highlights the accomplishments of young professionals in the Tucson community.
Mr. Narcaroti specializes in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Native Plant Inventories and Plans for a various local municipalities, developers, and lending institutions. Mr. Narcaroti has vast knowledge associated with the planning and implementation of residential subdivisions. Mr. Narcaroti has lived in the Tucson community for over 29 years and is involved in civic duty groups such as Rotary International, Arizona Arthritis Center, Humane Society of Southern Arizona, Tucson Utility Contractors Association, and Southern Arizona Architects & Engineers Marketing Association.
Robin Llewellyn, Biologist
Ms. Llewellyn has worked as a professional biologist in the Sonoran desert for over 11 years in academic, government, and private sectors. She has worked with clients in regulatory compliance of environmental laws for state and federal agencies. She has conducted many floristic surveys for both native and non-native plants, as well as avian, reptile, and amphibian surveys. She has coordinated and worked as an environmental monitor on pipeline and transmission projects in California and Arizona.
She has extensive experience surveying and documenting plant species and communities in Arizona, making appropriate native plant landscaping recommendations, designing vegetation research methods, and communicating findings with various clients and natural resource agencies. She is skilled in sampling design of plant and wildlife studies, analysis of data, and proficient in scientific technical writing.
She conducts and prepares Biological Evaluations and Assessments, Native Plant Inventories, Section 404 Permit delineations, and supporting surveys. Additionally, she has conducted environmental monitoring of construction activities in sensitive areas and performed habitat assessments. She has developed and presented educational programs and environmental training for desert tortoise and burrowing owls.
