Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA),
the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Water Act (CWA),
and other relevant environmental legislation. Our team conducts NEPA
compliance and supporting studies, consultation under Section 106,
hazardous materials assessments, Section 7 Studies, Section 4(f)
Evaluations, Section 404 Permits and Section 401 Certifications, noise
and air quality reports, and economic and demographic analyses.
