Harris
Environmental Group has extensive experience conducting surveys for
federal and state special-status species, mapping habitat and riparian
areas, preparing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Endangered
Species Act (ESA) compliance documents, conducting invasive plant
surveys, developing Native Plant Preservation Ordinance plans, and
monitoring construction in sensitive areas. Our team has prepared
documents for Clean Water Act (CWA) compliance, including jurisdictional
water delineations. We provide support documentation for
Pre-construction Notices and Section 404 Nationwide and Individual
Permit applications. To facilitate this process, our staff has attended
meetings with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE) and other federal
and state natural resource management agencies. We also have worked on
Section 401 water quality certifications with the Arizona Department of
Environmental Quality (ADEQ). The Natural Resources Division routinely
